Starting\u202fMay 1, 2025<\/strong>, Microsoft Azure AD External Identities is no longer available for new customers<\/strong>. While there are no service or billing impacts for existing customers<\/strong>, net new customers will no longer be able to create B2C tenants. This means that new customers<\/strong> will no longer be able to purchase Azure AD External Identities P1 and P2<\/strong>. However, existing customers of Azure AD Business to Consumer (B2C) can continue using the product and create new tenants as usual.<\/strong><\/p>\n
