Effective November 27, 2024, a Microsoft Azure OpenAI view is available in Azure Cost Management<\/a><\/strong>. This new overview makes it easier to analyze, monitor and optimize Azure OpenAI costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What is this Microsoft Azure OpenAI view?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Within Azure Cost Management<\/strong>, you can now easily analyze costs<\/strong> for different time periods, monitor costs<\/strong> using scheduled emails<\/strong> and budgets,<\/strong> and optimize<\/strong> your costs<\/strong> by leveraging Azure OpenAI provisioned reservations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is available by navigating to Azure Cost Management<\/strong><\/a> -> Cost analysis<\/strong> -> All Views -> Smart Views<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With this new view, you can view the costs of running all your models for different time periods<\/strong> (actual and amortized both). This view also includes the costs for reservation purchases<\/strong> if the purchasing subscription is under the selected scope.<\/p>\n
