This allows customers to <strong>upgrade to higher performance editions of Windows 365<\/strong> <strong>during<\/strong> their <strong>agreement<\/strong> <strong>terms<\/strong>. Customers <strong>only pay for the differential cost<\/strong>, not the full license price. You need to upgrade the license, when you upgrade the machine, otherwise you become uncompliant, and Microsoft might charge you for that. <strong>Now<\/strong>, <strong>you can also upgrade the license<\/strong> as a customer under a Microsoft CSP contract.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upgrade Opportunity<\/strong>: Customers using Windows 365 can now upgrade their existing SKUs to higher performance levels. Ensure first, that you booked the right licenses corresponding to the target edition (the edition after upgrading or downgrading) of Windows 365.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Upgrade<\/strong>: You can <strong>increase<\/strong> the <strong>RAM<\/strong>, <strong>CPU<\/strong>, and <strong>storage<\/strong> <strong>size<\/strong> of your Cloud PC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Downgrade<\/strong>: You can <strong>reduce<\/strong> the <strong>RAM<\/strong> and <strong>CPU<\/strong> of your Cloud PC.
