It automates the <strong>identity and access lifecycle<\/strong>, ensuring that the <strong>right people have the right access to the right resources<\/strong>. <strong>Features<\/strong> include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Identity Lifecycle Management<\/strong>: It automates creating and maintaining user identities based on signals from HR systems, <strong>management<\/strong> and <strong>reducing<\/strong> <strong>risks<\/strong> associated with access to <strong>critical<\/strong> <strong>information<\/strong> and <strong>systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Licensing programs<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Licensed per user, Entra ID Governance Frontline Worker<\/strong> licenses are available through the following <strong>licensing<\/strong> <strong>programs<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Enterprise Agreement<\/strong> (EA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enterprise Subscription Agreement<\/strong> (EAS)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microsoft Customer Agreement<\/strong> (MCA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Licensing prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Microsoft Entra ID Governance Frontline Worker<\/strong> licenses may only be assigned to users who satisfy <strong>one or more of the following conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Uses a <strong>primary<\/strong> <strong>work<\/strong> <strong>device<\/strong> with a <strong>single screen smaller than 10.9\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shares their primary work device with other qualifying<\/strong> Microsoft 365, Office 365, or Entra ID Governance Frontline Worker licensed <strong>users<\/strong>, during or across shifts.\n<ul>\n<li>Other licensed Microsoft Frontline Worker users must also use the device as their primary work device.<\/li>\n<li>Any software or services accessed from the shared device requires the device or users to be assigned a license that includes use of those software or services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qualifying<\/strong> <strong>Entra ID Governance Frontline Worker<\/strong> <strong>licenses<\/strong> include <strong>Microsoft 365 F1\/F3<\/strong> and\/or <strong>Microsoft Entra ID Governance Step-Up<\/strong> for Microsoft Entra ID F2 for Frontline Worker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For Microsoft <strong>Entra ID Governance Step-Up<\/strong> for Microsoft Entra ID F2 for Frontline Worker (User SL), a Microsoft <strong>Entra ID F2 license is required<\/strong> per
