The goal is to have consistent pricing <strong>reflecting the exchange rate of the local currency to the US dollar (USD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">How will the prices change?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pricing for Microsoft Cloud products will be <strong>adjusted<\/strong> in the following currencies:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>British Pound (GBP): +9%<\/li>\n<li>Danish Krone (DKK), <strong><em>Euro (EUR)<\/em><\/strong> and Norwegian Krone (NOK): <strong><em>+11%<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Swedish Krona (SEK): +15%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-35037\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schneider.systems\/media\/2023\/10\/SCHNEIDER-IT-MANAGEMENT-2023-10-05-Website-Microsoft-Hero-Picture-1-1024x571.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"446\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.schneider.systems\/media\/2023\/10\/SCHNEIDER-IT-MANAGEMENT-2023-10-05-Website-Microsoft-Hero-Picture-1-1024x571.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.schneider.systems\/media\/2023\/10\/SCHNEIDER-IT-MANAGEMENT-2023-10-05-Website-Microsoft-Hero-Picture-1-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.schneider.systems\/media\/2023\/10\/SCHNEIDER-IT-MANAGEMENT-2023-10-05-Website-Microsoft-Hero-Picture-1-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.schneider.systems\/media\/2023\/10\/SCHNEIDER-IT-MANAGEMENT-2023-10-05-Website-Microsoft-Hero-Picture-1-768x428.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.schneider.systems\/media\/2023\/10\/SCHNEIDER-IT-MANAGEMENT-2023-10-05-Website-Microsoft-Hero-Picture-1.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">What Microsoft Cloud prices are impacted?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>New or renewing<\/strong> Microsoft Cloud license program contracts will adjust to the new revised prices starting April 1, 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Affected<\/strong> are commercial cloud services sold through:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Enterprise Agreement (EA)<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)<\/li>\n<li>Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP) (web direct)<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA)<\/li>\n<li>Open Value (OV) \/ Open Value Subscription (OVS)<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES)\/School\/Education\/Campus agreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Which products are price protected?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For commercial customers, these changes will not affect existing orders under commercial licensing agreements for products that are subject to price protection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Price protected<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Existing EA\/EAS or Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE): Price protection on previously ordered products. No price change during the term of the agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Existing OV and OVS <em>company-wide<\/em> contracts: Price protection during the term of their agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Existing MOSP with an annual commitment: Price protection during their term.<\/li>\n<li>Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA): Not impacted as there are no changes to on-premises products.<\/li>\n<li>Azure in new commerce CSP: is already based on USD and is hence not impacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the future, Microsoft will assess pricing in local currency as part of a regular twice a year cadence, taking into consideration currency fluctuations relative to the USD.
