Les utilisateurs externes ont souvent besoin de <strong>conditions de licence diff\u00e9rentes<\/strong> de celles des utilisateurs internes. Le 1er octobre 2024, <strong>la d\u00e9finition officielle<\/strong> dans les <strong>Product Terms<\/strong> <strong>changera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La d\u00e9finition change<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La d\u00e9finition des \u00ab\u00a0External Users\u00a0\u00bb change :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>D\u00e9finition actuelle : les \u00ab\u00a0External Users\u00a0\u00bb sont des utilisateurs qui ne sont pas des employ\u00e9s, des contractants ou des agents du client ou de ses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s affili\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nouvelle d\u00e9finition<\/strong>: les \u00ab\u00a0External Users\u00a0\u00bb sont des utilisateurs qui <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ne sont pas<\/span> des<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Employ\u00e9s<\/strong> du <strong>client<\/strong> ou de ses <strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9s affili\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Prestataires <\/strong>ou <strong>agents<\/strong> travaillant en moyenne<strong> plus de 30 heures par semaine<\/strong><strong> pour le client <\/strong>ou ses <strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9s affili\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prestataires <\/strong>ou <strong>agents<\/strong> travaillant typiquement sur<strong> site <\/strong><strong> chaque jour ouvrable<\/strong> pour le client ou ses <strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9s affili\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cela concerne-t-il mon contrat Microsoft ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nouvelle d\u00e9finition ne s&rsquo;applique qu&rsquo;aux clients qui <strong>souscrivent<\/strong> <strong>une Enrollment ou un contrat<\/strong> \u00e0 partir du <strong>1er octobre 2024<\/strong>. <strong>Les contrats en cours <\/strong>ne sont<strong> pas affect\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pourquoi ce changement de d\u00e9finition ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les formes hybrides de travail et le travail \u00e0 distance \u00e9tant de plus en plus fr\u00e9quents, la d\u00e9finition actualis\u00e9e correspond mieux aux m\u00e9thodes de travail actuelles. Elle reconna\u00eet que <strong>de nombreux contractants et repr\u00e9sentants peuvent ne pas travailler sur place<\/strong> ou <strong>travailler moins d&rsquo;heures<\/strong>.
